Tonic Tinctures maintains strict logistical protocols to ensure the efficient and secure distribution of our dietary supplements.
All transactions are processed exclusively in U.S. Dollars (USD). At this time, operational fulfillment is limited strictly to addresses within the United States, military outposts, and Canada.

Domestic Shipping Protocol
Operational fulfillment is conducted from our facility in Salem, Oregon.
Shipping Timeframes
We dispatch shipments on the same day, typically within 24 hours of order placement during weekdays. All weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. In uncommon instances of large order influxes or while finalizing a fresh batch, dispatch may take up to 48 hours.

Canadian Orders and Customs
Shipments to Canada are dispatched exclusively via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination variables.
Customs Notice
Canadian orders are processed with the exact purchase amount declared on the customs shipping label. Canadian buyers are strictly responsible for all customs duties, import fees, provincial taxes, and any associated delivery delays.
Military Service Logistics
Tonic Tinctures proudly supports military personnel. Deliveries to APO, DPO, and FPO addresses are routed via USPS at no additional shipping cost. USPS typically connects to Military Mail networks within 2-5 days.
The Discount Protocol
Active and retired military personnel receive a baseline 15% Discount on mix-and-match orders (any combination of single bottle pricing).
Volume Tiers:
- 6 bottles: 20% Discount
- 12 bottles: 25% Discount
How to Initiate:
- Email: Contact us at tonictinctures@gmail.com.
- Verification: Attach a photo of your military ID. (Please redact/block out all personal identification data except your name and status).
- Request: List the requested product names and quantities.
- Invoice: We will generate and send a secure PayPal invoice (payable via Card, Check, or PayPal).
- Deployment: Upon payment confirmation, the order dispatches via FREE USPS shipping.
Missing Package Protocol
Has your package gone missing after confirmed delivery?
If your tracking information indicates a successful delivery but the package cannot be located, please immediately consult our operational guidelines to initiate a search.
