Wellness is the activity of personally seeking health, promoting well-being and the process of learning how the body, emotions, mind, and spirit function, heal, grow, and develop.

4 ways to wellness:

  • Choose healthy foods and take supplements
  • Examine areas for personal development
  • Adopt productive schedules and habits for success
  • Participate in relationships with oneself, others, and the environment

Wellness is Not a Disease Diagnosis

Wellness is different than disease and health is not found through the use of drugs.

Wellness is not seeking a diagnosis from a healthcare practitioner for any potential diseases or conditions. Wellness is not preventing, treating, managing, or curing a disease or condition.
