I tried taking this product and going to work and it gave me a headache. But, it works before relaxing times, like meditation, bath and bed time. Took me a while to get it to work, but I am glad I did. If used right it can make stress go away, and I know I am getting all the benefits of medicinal mushrooms too.

It is made with alcohol, I didn't know this.

I've been making chaga tea from wild chunks for years now. I was reading on the interent that the tincture works differently than the hot water extract. You need stuff that comes out in the alcohol to make it work better. Comparing it to what I was doing, I feel the tincture more and that it is doing a better job, and its a real time saver.

A little pricey but the quality is good enough. Don't know if I'll keep taking it.
