Kola Nut
Energy for Real Life
Energy isn’t only for grinding alone. It’s for showing up.
Kola Nut is a traditional West African seed used for vitality and engagement. Our goal with this tincture is simple: a cleaner-feeling lift that supports presence, conversation, and movement—without the “wired and narrow” edge some people get from coffee.
Naturally contains both caffeine and theobromine, a combo many people experience as more open and less jittery than caffeine by itself.
Traditionally associated with physical readiness and a warm, “awake” body feel—useful when you want to move, dance, and stay present.
As a whole-seed tincture (not a synthetic isolate), it’s often experienced as steadier than fast-hit stimulant products.

The "Full-Spectrum" Protocol
Note: Most “energy” products isolate one piece of the experience. We use a Dual-Phase Extraction (water + alcohol) to capture a broader range of Kola Nut’s naturally occurring compounds.

WHAT IS "THEOBROMINE"? (The Smoothener)
Theobromine is a naturally occurring compound also found in cacao. While it’s related to caffeine, many people experience it differently: less “spiky,” more smooth and open. In Kola Nut, it’s part of what can make the energy feel more friendly and socially usable.
RELATIONAL FUEL VS. ISOLATION FUEL (The Vibe)
Some stimulants pull you into tunnel-vision. Kola Nut is traditionally used in community settings—shared, social, and energizing without feeling overly aggressive. If you want alertness that still leaves room for warmth, conversation, and creativity, this is the lane.
NOT SYNTHETIC, BUT A NATURAL SEED (The Origin)
Kola Nut (Cola acuminata) is the seed kernel of a large African tree. This is a whole-seed, food-grade botanical extract—not a lab-made stimulant. Keeping it full-spectrum helps preserve the plant’s natural complexity, which many people prefer for a steadier-feeling experience.

Debrief (FAQ)
HOW DOES THIS COMPARE TO GUARANA?
Both are naturally caffeinated botanicals, but many people experience them differently. Guarana is often chosen when you want a sharper, more single-task kind of focus. Kola Nut is often chosen when you want a smoother, more social-feeling lift that still supports alertness.
IS THIS JUST CAFFEINE?
No. Caffeine is part of the experience, but Kola Nut is a whole-seed extract with additional naturally occurring compounds that can change the feel of the lift. Many people describe it as less “edgy” than isolated caffeine and more steady and embodied.
WHY 30% ALCOHOL?
Because water and alcohol pull out different parts of the seed. Water captures water-soluble compounds, while alcohol helps extract the aromatic, resinous, and other non-water-soluble components. Using both supports a more complete, shelf-stable tincture without adding synthetic preservatives.
