Turmeric
Recovery & Mobility Protocol
Training and modern life add up: impact, volume, stress, travel, long sits, and heavy meals. Over time, that can feel like you’re running “hot”—less fluid, more stiff, slower to bounce back.
Turmeric is a daily way to support a cooler baseline: a balanced stress response, oxidative support, and healthy digestive flow.
Less grind. More glide.
Our approach focuses on recovery readiness first (joints/chassis), with digestive and metabolic comfort as a strong second.
Supports a balanced inflammatory response so you can feel less “lit up” after hard sessions and daily stress.
Supports comfortable movement, smooth range of motion, and the “ready to train” feeling.
Helps defend against oxidative stress—one of the big drivers of “wear and tear” from training and aging.

The "Full-Spectrum" Protocol
Note: Dried powder extracts miss half the picture. Turmeric is a complex root with both heavy pigments and volatile oils. To capture more of the whole plant profile, we use a Dual-Phase / Fresh & Dried Extraction.

THE BIOAVAILABILITY PROBLEM (Why Powder Fails)
Turmeric powder is hydrophobic—it doesn’t mix well with water. When you eat it, a meaningful portion can pass through with limited absorption. By extracting the compounds into organic alcohol and water, the actives are already in solution, which can support more efficient uptake compared to dry powder.
THE "PEPPER" MYTH (Native Intelligence)
You may have heard you need Black Pepper (Piperine) to absorb Turmeric. This is true for isolated, dried curcumin. However, nature provided its own solution: Turmerones. These essential oils, found in the fresh root, naturally enhance the absorption of curcumin. Our dual-extract preserves these oils, rendering pepper unnecessary for absorption.
SYSTEMIC COOLING (Not just for injuries)
High output living is high-friction: training volume, inconsistent sleep, travel, work stress, and modern food can all leave you feeling “hot” and less mobile. Turmeric is a simple daily habit to support a calmer baseline so more of your capacity can go to training adaptation, repair, and steady energy.

The Hardware Specs
| Ingredient: | Turmeric Root (Curcuma longa) |
| Source A: | Dried Organic Root (Curcuminoid Dense) |
| Source B: | Fresh Organic Root (Oil Dense) |
| Solvent: | Organic Alcohol + Structured Water |
| Potency: | ~500mg per 1ml Dropper |
Usage Protocols
Turmeric tends to work best with consistency. Daily use helps maintain steady “coolant” levels. On-and-off use can feel less reliable.
1-2 Droppers Daily.
Take in the morning or evening. Mixing into water is recommended to avoid staining the teeth. This supports baseline comfort and mobility.
2-3 Droppers, Post-Exertion.
Use after heavy physical training, or when you feel stiff and “run hot” from stress, travel, or workload.
Real Talk (FAQ)
WHY NOT JUST EAT TURMERIC ROOT?
You can, and you should. But if you want a meaningful daily dose for recovery and mobility support, volume matters. You’d need to eat a lot of raw root to match the concentration you can get from a few droppers of a dual-extract. This provides a concentrated extract without the extra fiber and bulk.
IS IT SPICY?
It has a warming, earthy, slightly spicy profile—like the root, because it is the root. It’s not sweetened or masked. Most people prefer it mixed into water or a smoothie (and mixing can help reduce any chance of tooth staining).
DOES IT CONTAIN BLACK PEPPER?
No. We use Fresh Root to capture the plant’s own essential oils (Turmerones), which support curcuminoid absorption naturally. The goal is to keep the formula simple and rely on the plant’s native chemistry rather than adding piperine.
