My acupuncturist recommended this product to me by Tonic Tinctures. It is part of my daily routine now and I make sure I never run out. I know it has helped my overall wellness. This brand is better than many other versions I have tried over the years. I take it for my joints and it gives me some relief of joint discomfort. The dose is up there for me as I have to take 6 capsules a day, two at a time.

Me and my golden retriever take this for our joints. I take 4-8 capsules a day depending on the weather and she takes 2 caps twice a day. I just open up the caps and mix them with her food. We like to go for walks down in the city park and we notice that we don't get a fatigued and sore. Really helps out. Thank you!

I didn't feel these as much as the liquid alcohol extract, which has more effects and works better. Cost is good for this product, but potency is not as good as it could be for just the powder. I'll stick to the Power Pack as the best deal from tonic tinctures.

I can get three bottles cheaper than getting one straight from the farms and it works better because I can afford to take more.

I found the liquid to strong and decided to try the capsules at the recommendation of Jason. They work better and don't give me too much energy like the liquid. I take them on an empty stomach before I eat to make sure that my glucose metabolism doesn't drop to far.

Absolutely love the product. So far I have gained extra strength, bulker upper body, better sleep, and stomach is losing some fat. Just ordered my second bottle. Can't wait to see what the second bottle will do.
