    I just started with this brand yesterday. I had to use up my other brand first. Reading the label your brand has 63% more mgs & cost 25% less for 3 bottles, than the other brand does & I really like that. After 1 month of use I will let u know how it performs. I’m 72 years old, & have worked out since out I was 28. With exception of periods that I was recovering from back surgeries.

    Not great. I tried the Power Velvet and that didn’t work. I tried this one. And same results. I intake 195 grams of protein a day and eat as clean as you get. This is almost like a placebo effect, if you want it to work, maybe in your mind it will. But it truly did nothing for me. I have a couple more drops in the bottle. I’ll finish it off and I’ll move on. 3 drops in a.m, 2 drops with lunch, and 3 drops p.m...felt nothing.
