I am always underweight and scrawny and this stuff helped me eat and regenerate better. you can really get sick and tired of feeling like a wimp when it comes to doing life. this really helps, I take one dropper with every meal, that's all you need. period

At first this was tough to swallow, as it is thicker than some of the other tinctures I have tried. But a few days in and I became used to it.
